Welcome to Bump Buddy, an educational and wellbeing app designed to support expectant and new dads. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app.
1. Overview
Bump Buddy provides educational content, guidance, and tools designed to support fathers and partners through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. The information in the app is for general educational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any questions or concerns about your health or your partner’s or baby’s health.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this app. By using Bump Buddy, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Medical Disclaimer
The content provided by Bump Buddy is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Any financial tools or calculators provided within the app are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Consult a qualified financial advisor for personal financial decisions.

You agree to use the app responsibly and not to engage in any conduct that could harm the app, other users, or third parties.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within Bump Buddy are owned by Marlow Labs Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. During sign-up, we collect user data including name, partner name, baby name or alias, baby sex, due date, email, and marketing consent. This information is securely stored in Firebase and used solely to personalise your experience within the app. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information.
8. Use of Analytics
Bump Buddy uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data to improve the app experience. No personal information is collected or shared, and all data collection complies with applicable privacy laws.
Analytics data collected is aggregated and cannot be used to personally identify any user. All usage data is anonymised.
9. Payments and In-App Purchases
Bump Buddy offers optional paid features (“Bump Buddy Pro”) that can be purchased via in-app purchase. All payments are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. We do not collect or store any payment details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Apple’s App Store terms and conditions. Refunds and billing issues are handled directly by Apple. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchased features are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored if you reinstall the app on the same account.
10. Third-Party Links
Bump Buddy may include links to external websites, such as national health services or other trusted resources. These links are provided for informational purposes only. Marlow Labs Limited does not control or endorse the content of any third-party site and is not responsible for its accuracy, reliability, or availability. You should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marlow Labs Limited shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
